Friends of Timbertop (FoTT) warmly invites all Timbertop families and friends to join us at the Timbertop marquee at this year’s GGS Athletics Carnival. Aths Day is a great opportunity to meet and catch up with other Timbertop and GGS families.
FoTT will provide a BBQ lunch and we ask those who can, to please bring a plate of finger food to share (please check with your Unit Rep as to what has been assigned to your Unit).

Venue: Corio Campus
Time: A Thanksgiving Chapel Service will be held from 9.30am on the Dining Hall Lawn with the Athletics Carnival kicking off at 10.30am
Dress Code: Warm smart casual (for the weather)
BYO: Picnic rugs, hats, water bottles and non-alcoholic drinks
RSVP: This is a free event, however, bookings are essential for BBQ catering purposes by 9am Thursday 3 September 2026
NOTE: On Sunday morning, breakfast will be served in the Corio Dining Hall for Timbertop students and parents between 8am and 9am (in two sittings: at 8am and at 8.30am). This is a free event, however, when prompted in the booking form, please indicate if you will be attending so we can cater accordingly.
