One of the most popular web pages viewed by our students is the weekly menu at Corio Campus. Mealtime is a much anticipated and enjoyable part of the day when the majority of our students gather together at the Dining Hall to share meals and experiences.

We understand how crucial it is to provide healthy, nutritious food options to optimise learning and development and ensure fussy eaters always have options. Our in-house catering team prepare around 2,300 meals for students and staff every day and provide all catering for Corio-based events.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are enjoyed in the Dining Hall for Senior School students and Darling Hall for Middle School students, apart from some occasions when breakfast or dinner is taken ‘in house’. Breakfast includes options such as smoothies, bircher muesli, and cooked dishes like eggs and frittatas. Lunch and dinner feature an array of hot meals, vegetarian dishes, fresh salads, and soups, with global cuisines and locally inspired flavors. Students also have access to a salad bar, fresh fruit, and a range of breads and accompaniments. Special dietary needs are thoughtfully accommodated, ensuring every student is well-nourished and supported throughout their day.

Supper is enjoyed following Prep each night in the house, and homemade pizzas and BBQ breakfasts are enjoyed on occasion during term time. Each boarding house has a kitchenette where students are able to prepare morning tea, snacks and drinks.
