All Senior School and Timbertop Parents and Guardians, as well as Past Parents of the School are warmly invited to attend this year’s Spring Luncheon!
The Friends of Senior School Committee are thrilled to be holding this event with the support of the School.
TICKET COST INCLUDES:
Canapés and drinks on arrival; main course and roving dessert, 3-hour beverage package.
NOTE: Cash bar also available until 5pm.
DRESS CODE: Touch of Spring!
TABLE ARRANGEMENTS:
The Luncheon is a great opportunity to connect with parents across different Houses and outside of your usual friendship group. With that in mind, you are welcome to book your ticket/s without specifying a seating preference and we will be delighted to put together a number of mixed tables.
Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange a table of 6 to 12 guests you wish to sit with.
A Table Captain can then be selected and they should submit all names for their table in the online booking form.
Please be sure to confirm the seating and any special dietary needs with everyone on your table before submitting the form.
If you are not the Table Captain, simply fill in your Table Captain’s name where specified on the form OR indicate the name of the House you would like to be seated with in the “Sit me with…” section when prompted in the booking form.
