Friends of Timbertop warmly invites all Timbertop families and friends to join us at the Timbertop
marquee at this year’s GGS Athletics Carnival.
Aths Day is a great opportunity to meet and catch up with other Timbertop and GGS families.
Date: Sunday 15 September 2024
Venue: Corio Campus
Time: A Thanksgiving Day Chapel service will be held from 9.30am on the Dining Hall Lawn with the Athletics Carnival kicking off at 10.30am
Dress Code: Smart Casual Winter Attire
BYO: Picnic rugs, hats, water bottles and non-alcoholic drinks
RSVP: Bookings are essential for catering purposes by Thursday 31st August 2023
The Friends of Timbertop will provide a BBQ lunch and we ask those who can to please bring a plate of finger food to share.
Free Event: If you will be attending the TT marquee for lunch, please book here by Thursday 5 September 2024 so we know how many to cater for.
